Posted by at 5:40 AM Read our previous post

1. Access candlestick charts by clicking 'Charts' and selecting the 'Candlestick' icon, second from left. All prices shown in candlestick charts are bid prices. Customize the chart to your preference by right-clicking anywhere on the chart to access the 'Context' menu.
2. Select 'Periodicity' from the context menu. Your choices are, '1 Minute,' '5 Minutes,' '30 Minutes,' '1 Hour,' '4 Hours,' 'Daily,' 'Weekly' and 'Monthly.' Select 'Refresh' from the context menu to make sure you have the most recent updates. Choose 'Volumes' to see the number of tickets for each time period. Select 'Properties' to change the colors on your chart. When you are finished, select 'Save As Picture' to save the chart for your records or to email.
3. Open a new MetaTrader platform to load an 'Indicator' on your chart. Click 'Ctrl + N,' 'View' and 'Navigator.' Click the '+' next to the Indicator symbol. Select your preferred Indicator and click and drag it to your chart. A window will open that allows you to customize, change values and choose other settings. Click 'OK' for the Indicator to appear on your chart. Edit the Indicator settings by clicking on a desired chart and pressing 'Ctrl + I' to bring up the Indicator window.
